Shipments, Exchanges and Returns

SHIPPING TIMES

We create your products only after your order, to give them an artisanal and unique appearance. The standard shipment of products available in stock is normally carried out within 2-5 days. Express shipping provides delivery within 1-3 days. All shipments are made by insured courier to guarantee your purchases as much as possible. Small setbacks can lengthen times by up to 48 hours. But in these cases you can always track your order from your account.

SHIPPING RATES

Rates are calculated by the system during the purchase. Any customs fees are charged to the customer. Below is a table with the summary of costs divided by area. Rates are expressed in Euros €.

HOW TO TRACK THE SHIPMENT?

To follow your shipment step by step, we offer several free services to our customers. You can track your parcel through your account in our website or simply through the email you used for the order (always if the email provided is real) or even by SMS (always if the number provided is real). The latter service is only available for Italy.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made with any item of the same or higher cost of that purchased, possibly paying the difference. If the item you're exchanging costs less than the one originally purchased, we will not refund you the difference, but we will give you a voucher that can only be used on mimanerashop.com. The deadline on which the exchange should take place is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Goods must be undamaged in their original packaging, and also NEVER have been used outdoors. Please insert inside the package a sheet with the following data: name, surname, telephone number, shipping address where you want to receive the goods and model and number of shoes reserved for the replacement. To exchange the goods and to reserve the item you want to replace, please contact us first by email at support@shoessy.com. After having contacted us and having reserved the goods for the change (we will reserve them for you immediately) you must send the product to us at your expense by putting 15€ inside the box for the return shipping cost, by post or courier at our head office MIMANERA - Via Delle Robinie, 82 - 47842 San Giovanni in Marignano (RN) Italy. The shipping for the return of the products is charged to the customer, as well as any customs duties (in case of return outside the EEC). Only after receiving the package sent by you, we will ship the new product. 

Exchanges and refunds will not be made on CUSTOMIZED models on request.

 

REFUNDS

To make a refund, goods must be undamaged in their original packaging, and also NEVER have been used outdoors. Then, you can contact our customer assistance emailing us at support@shoessy.com. When the Inspection Department confirms that the product you have returned is considered NEW, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of the refund that will be made according to the method of payment you used for the order.The shipping for the return of the products is charged to the customer, as well as any customs duties (in case of return outside the EEC).

The date to make the exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
